MTE in Campbellsville, KY is hiring a Maintenance Tech.  The Maintenance Tech has the following experience:

  • Forklift Certified
  • Hydraulic knowledge
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Installation and repairs on machinery
  • LOTO certification
  • 6 months of Maintenance experience
  • General Electric knowledge
  • Experience working on Pneumatics and Hydraulics
  • Mechanical knowledge on manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to obtain Manchester Tank and Equipment certification in forklift, crane and Lock Out Tag Out
  • Experience replacing defect parts

Education and/or Experience:

  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must attend, complete, and implement required in-house training.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Ability to obtain Manchester Tank's power industrial trucks license.
  • Ability to obtain Manchester Tank's crane certification.
  • Ability to obtain Manchester Tank's lockout/tagout certification.
  • Ability to obtain NFPA 70E certification.
  • Must pass Manchester Tank’s respirator certification requirements.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. There is a fairly high noise level throughout the plant and hearing protection must be worn at all times during production. Wearing of other proper protective equipment is required at all times during production.
